The Young Volunteers Association has a strong production capacity in project writing and development, implementing numerous national and international projects focused on children and youth. The association’s project development team operates through a multi-layered structure composed of academics, university students, and active high school students. This structure enables the integration of diverse knowledge and perspectives, contributing to the development of impactful and feasible projects.
The association develops and implements projects within the scope of European Union programs, international funds, embassy grants, and national funding mechanisms. It also actively collaborates with civil society organizations from different countries, participating in joint project development processes. Throughout these processes, young people are directly involved in idea generation, needs assessment, proposal writing, budgeting, and implementation, gaining hands-on experience.
The developed projects are implemented in disaster areas, schools, youth centers, parks, and various public spaces, ensuring direct field impact. This approach transforms project writing from a purely theoretical activity into a practical model that produces tangible social impact. The association aims to strengthen youth capacity while generating sustainable, participatory, and scalable solutions in the field of children and youth.
