The Young Volunteers Association was established in 2004 and has since developed and implemented numerous projects in the field of children and youth within the scope of European Union programs. Through its national and international initiatives, the association aims to create sustainable impact in the areas of child rights, youth participation, and social inclusion. EU-funded projects have played a significant role in strengthening the organization’s institutional capacity and expanding its international partnerships.
In addition to EU programs, the association actively participates in projects supported by embassies and international funding bodies. As a result, many organizations from different countries seek to collaborate with the association, particularly in the field of children and youth. Its strong project development capacity and field-based experience position the organization as a reliable and sought-after partner for international cooperation.
Project development processes are carried out by a multidisciplinary team consisting of academics, experts, and young volunteers. This structure, which brings together university-level academics and high school students, enables the integration of both theoretical and practical knowledge. The association maintains an active presence in the field by implementing activities in diverse environments, including disaster areas, schools, parks, and community spaces, ensuring that developed projects are effectively translated into practice.
