The Young Volunteers Association carries out child rights–based initiatives aimed at strengthening children’s development in safe, equal, and supportive environments. Within this scope, the projects implemented focus on increasing children’s access to their rights, raising awareness, and contributing to the protection of disadvantaged groups in particular. Through its field-based work, the association directly observes the needs of children and develops solution-oriented approaches.
Our association also supports young people in gaining active citizenship skills through volunteering. Through project development, field practices, training programs, and social responsibility activities, young people are empowered both individually and socially. Volunteers become an active part of the process by gaining knowledge and experience in areas such as child rights, ethical working principles, digital safety, and social impact.
Through projects developed within the digital volunteering model, knowledge and content are disseminated to wider audiences, creating a sustainable impact. While strengthening volunteers’ capacities through educational videos, digital content, and online learning tools, a conscious and well-equipped volunteer network in the field of child rights is being established. This approach presents a scalable model that can be expanded from local to national and international levels.
