The Young Volunteers Association operates as a structure that brings social responsibility activities into the field through active youth participation. The association collaborates with students and student groups, particularly from well-established institutions such as Kabataş Erkek High School, Istanbul Bilgi University, and Bahçeşehir University, where social responsibility courses are part of the curriculum. These collaborations enable the integration of academic knowledge and youth energy with real-life social needs.
Student groups applying to the association are assessed based on their capacity, interests, and availability, and are then directed to relevant projects in the fields of children’s rights and youth work. Within this process, volunteers take active roles in training programs, field activities, awareness campaigns, and social impact-oriented projects. This approach ensures that theoretical learning is reinforced with practical experience.
Through this model, young people strengthen their sense of social responsibility while contributing to sustainable impact for children and youth. The association aims to bring together young individuals from diverse educational backgrounds under a shared purpose, building a strong social impact network and positioning itself as a leading example of good practice in Türkiye.
