GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure gender equality in all activities of the Young Volunteers Association, to create a working environment where all individuals, especially women and men, have equal rights, opportunities, and representation, and to integrate this approach into all projects and content.

This policy enters into force upon approval by the Board of Directors of the Young Volunteers Association.
